This is what life will be like at the Pier luxury rental condo, on the waterfront in the town of Sidney, on Vancouver Island.

It is brand new and is the only one of it's kind on the Island. The condo residents have access to all the services of the hotel below including a fitness center, street-side café and deli and a west coast oceanfront restaurant. Anything you need, you pick up the phone and call the concierge desk. In every other way, though, the hotel will be completely separate from the residences. Residents will have private elevators, parking areas and a gorgeous waterfront view, with a spectacular view of Sidney Channel.

Our condo offers nothing but the best to make your vacation the perfect one. If you would rather make your own meals, the kitchen is complete and modern. There is also a fireplace, a surround sound system, satellite and cable TV and CD/DVD/VCR players. The scenic city of Victoria and the Butchard Gardens are both just a short drive away.

Short Term Rentals
Low Season - High Season
$1500 - $2000 per week

Long Term Rentals
Low season:
October 1st to January 31st (Christmas excluded) $5000 per month
Middle Season:
February 1st to May 31st $6000 per month
High Season:
June 1st to September 30th and Christmas - $7000 per month

All prices in CND dollars - all prices subject to change
5% GST is applicable to the above rates.
